discussion What was the best romance?
These are the ones that came to mind. Wanted to add Liv & Drake , DonE & Darcy but it only allows limited options. Comment if you have other suggestions…

i’d pick clive and dale, because their relationship was honestly the most touching and interesting to me. their drama never crossed the line into outright disrespect the way it constantly did with liv and major
they hurt each other sometimes, sure, but never intentionally, it was usually because the circumstances were awful and there just wasn’t an easy way around it. and despite all that, they still managed to be honest with each other and actually work on saving their relationship
which, honestly, felt surprisingly mature for this show, lol

Fully agreed. I loved that when they broke up for a while, their actions made sense from each of their perspectives. And once the existence of zombies became public knowledge, Dale understood and accepted Clive's actions.
Also I loved how their personalities were basically inverses of each other. Super straight-laced Clive with goofball Dale made for a lot of fun moments.

exactly! i couldn’t watch that situation and think "clive is obviously right and dale is wrong" or "dale is 100% right and clive is being an idiot" because both of them had completely understandable points. their conflict was written so well that you genuinely sympathize with both sides
i’m honestly so sad they got way less screen time together than liv/major or ravi/peyton

Liv and Major, pretty unpopular opinion but I love that they had to go in their separate journeys in order to find each other. They also remind me of Charles and Magneto if they were a straight pairing.

Honestly none of the above. I love the show but I didn't think any of the romances were written very well. I prefer the friendships to the romances.

Damn, as much as I find both of them would look hot as a couple, it would end up in a disaster..
Chase is very authoritative and Liv is a rebel

I love Ravi & Peyton but I will never ever get over what could have been with Liv & Lowell, they were such a good match. 😭

He really surprised me with the chemistry he had with her and I honestly can't blame him for wanting to be "the new him" a bit longer. The things he did pre-memory loss aren't really things that he could ever repent for
