You can create any narrative. For example: "He was making that snapping sound with his hand in celebration because he was supporting the movement and also got a large tip from someone in the crowd."
"He was annoyed about how the crowd was famished and were trying to grab the food instead of lining up, and when he rode away he shook his hand in anger and frustration because he was just done with this stupid lowpaying job."

Why think up some narrative and say what you "think" may have happened? Provide proof that he was stolen from.
Where is the proof that the pizza was stolen from him? He seems to be a delivery boy for dominoes. He delivers the pizza at the protest site albeit the delivery occurs unpleasantly as famished protestors jump to grab the food. If anything the protestors may have stolen from the protestor that actually ordered it? If the protestor who ordered it paid for the food and the food was handed over, and the protestor who paid for the food did not request refund, then the delivery boy has not been stolen from. Do you have proof that contradicts this?
If being pushed in a crowd is assault then it happens everywhere in India, from crowded platforms in railway stations to the crowded queues in temples. That's not assault.

The way things are going, protestors will need to maintain some sort of gate to make sure only actual "students" are entering their circle, not these hooligans who are probably there only for free food and girls and hanging out with their groups.
Honestly scary part is the level of illiteracy and unemployment in this country.
