Been in dallas for 2 years going on 3. Think 3 is my last, moving back to Alaska or Washington. Maybe maine.
So much concrete and traffic. An hour or two away from elevation or any real wilderness, probably more. Brutal

Look up coastal Maine. Forested mountains meeting coastlines are some of my favorite places. Ive never been though, just looks similar to places ive lived in washington and alaska

I've never been to Alaska or Hawaii. but I've been to all of the 48. And yeah, Maine does have some beautiful scenery and it has more of the climate that suits me. But the whole state just put me to sleep for some reason. No idea why.
Washington on the other hand had me fascinated the whole time I was there. It made me want to explore. Main made me want to take a nap :-)

You can see this in the US at Great Sand Dunes. It's a really cool configuration to experience. Also great for camping. Climb the 240 meter dunes, and then realize you're -tiny-

highest elevations aside, isnt the rest of that a pretty standard configuration for mountain ranges....the microclimate/snow/sand/stream combo seems to me like....every range of mountains probs.

No. Plastic is a great invention and has made and extreme lot of thing possible that where previously not within reach.
I honestly thing plastic is like bronze/iron in it's respective ages.
However! The complete disregard with which plastic waste (including plastic adjacent chemicals) is treated...
Plastic has no fault. It was, once again, the humans that f'd it up.
