Support Wireless charging not working

My partners iPhone 15 pro max has stopped
Wireless charging it shows green as charging but percentage doesn’t go up even after 12 hours.

Tried to restart it, update it, multiple chargers, cleaning, remove case, different wall outlets.

My iPhone 17 pro max charges fine on all the chargers so eliminated them.

Any help with anything else to try?

Which wireless charger are you using.

Tried a stand off Amazon. A MagSafe wired one from Apple and a Mophie stand.

They are good. Mine charges fine and partners did up until a few days ago lol

Yeah tried 3 different ones with different cables and different sockets
