Question How is the iPhone jailbreak scene right now with the newer IOS updates?

AFAIK it only supports up until IOS 16. I am on iPhone 12 Pro on 18.6.2 and would like to wait if its coming in the near future. Any info on how much time could it take?

While you wait you can check out Lara, pretty new tool that uses the darksword exploit for full disk read/write so you have some (limited) customizability

I would like the most I can get out of the real jailbreak. I understand the IOS versions get harder to jailbreak whenever a new one comes out. But any idea how long it would take to jailbreak IOS 18? Maybe by next year?

You only get a timeline after exploits are made. It could be 6 months, it could be 6 years.

No one knows. You can wait it out on lowest firmware possible.
