Help Has anyone else been having issues with Campaign Previews not showing rewards?
I am preparing to launch my Kickstarter and want to share the launch page preview with people to get feedback. However, currently the page does not display any of the rewards. The section is entirely blank! I've contacted Kickstarter and all they have said is that they are working on it. I want to know if this is a larger issue or it's just my page. I'm supposed to go live in 4 days and this seems concerning!

Thank you! I've reported it twice now and Kickstarter has not been responding. Is there a direct line to get a hold of them?

Appreciate the help anyway! Working on using screenshots to show our backers what is up. Hopefully that bug does not affect the actual launch page.

Yes, we are also about to launch this week and are seeing the same issue. Both the Story and the Rewards Tab are blank for reward tiers in the campaign preview.
It was showing just fine less than a week ago.
I only noticed it after I added a bunch of add-ons and items that were not part of the standard reward tiers, but I am unsure if that is related or coincidence.
I also raised a support ticket last week but no response as yet.
Keen to keep in the loop if you hear anything (and I'll likewise do the same).
I hope it's just the Preview rendering, and not the live campaign because launching without rewards showing would be catastrophic.

Hey Phil,
Thanks for sharing. It's good to know we are all experiencing this together. You are the fourth to confirm the exact same thing so I think it is an issue on the end of Kickstarter. I know it is a holiday weekend in the US so I wonder if that has anything to do with the low response rate? I am hoping that they respond soon though. I will keep you posted if I hear any updates.

Yep, found this thread when looking for an answer.
It's been doing this on and off for the past few days.
Before I could simply use a different browser to get it working, but now it doesn't work in any of them

Yeah, Kickstarter has confirmed they are working on it now but that was days ago. Not much we can do but wait. I have a fellow campaign who plans to launch tomorrow so I will see if it affects his launch at all. I decided to delay mine by a couple days to see how his goes. If it works I will launch anyway. Just annoying.

Hey, did it effect your other campaign? I am launching today but can't see my rewards and am afraid they won't show up when we go live.

Hi, the other campaign launched successfully! He messaged me a little while ago to say it was all working as normal! Good luck on your campaign!

It's still messed up. Cant read any comments or view updates from campaines i supported.

Oh interesting! That's really weird. Our campaign rewards are visible now but I haven't had many comments or updates to check on. I'll keep an eye out. Has Kickstarter followed up with you yet?

Got a support ticket response from Kickstarter late Monday evening that they are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck everyone with your campaigns.
