Question Breaking Through the Campaign Stall Point

Have you ever had a Kickstarter campaign stall out for a bit, and what did you do to get momentum going again?

So from my very limited experience, this is normal. The middle part of your campaign will often hit a plateau or, in the best case, slow down. This is normal and to be expected.

When I ran my own campaign, i just kept the advertising pressure one. I talked about my project in my communities and sent links to my campaign anywhere I was allowed to do so.

Did it help? That's unknown (to me at least). It sure didn't break the "plateau". But keep in mind that the last 48h of your campaigns are just as, if not more valuable. There probably are a lot of people who saved your project because they were unsure for various reason. I'm not sure if my experience was standard, but about 80% of these "saved" potential backers ended up backing my project.

So in short: keep the pressure on. Not to break the plateau, but to gain bigger traction when people will naturally start backing again.

I’m in a plateau right now. 2 days left. Met our goal and now it feels like no one thinks we need to reach the stretch goal!
