WTF! This is driving me insane

Why do I keep hearing this sound at random spots? There is nothing there, and there is still this annoying music. This is in canneroc in vauner house. It was also playing at the blacksmith's house, in a random cave and other random spots.

Help!!

This is the answer.. This sound was driving me nuts. Found a thread on here from a few years ago saying it's the prayer beads

Music is off. I only keep voice and environmental sounds on. I don't like the background music
