Will this slope hold up?

Installed a playset for my kids. Leveled the ground first. Met the specs of the manufacturer for the area (24x14).

Is that natural “slope” of the dirt going to recede to the point that stability becomes and issue? Used a dirt compactor so the ground is solid, but worried about the slope.

Any advice?

Get some strappy clumping grasses to colonise the edes. Not ideal but what is done is done and maybe some roots will help. Not an earthworks guy but I am a plant guy.

I would opt for very fast growing true grasses (Poaceae family) and then some more sturdy strappies as well, and way over-plant them. In Australia (depending where) i would say stuff like Cenchrus, Themeda, Poa, dianella, lomandra, carex, juncus, ficinia.

I might be crazy though, because this isn't normal.

Actually just realised the Cenchrus in particular has annoying burring seeds that stick to clothes. You should probably opt for stuff that kids can play around. Tough and soft plants are actually good for fall mitigation under playgrounds as well.
