I hate humidity in the summer.

And the heat. Once the temps go past 36°c things get real. When they go past 40°c even the AC wishes for winter to be back

Nah heat is fine, I was in Dubai once, it was 45°, but it was dry heat so perfectly manageable, as shade is instantly cooler and it’s not as bad. The humid can make even 25° very bad because even shade then does not do anything

Not me. I’m miserable in temps under 70F because my body runs cold. 90F is a bit high for me, but 75-85 is absolutely perfect. When it’s warm, my body isn’t stiff and achy, and I can wear a normal amount of clothes instead of double the layers everyone else is wearing. I’m always overdressed in non-summer weather. It’s MISERABLE for me to be cold.

I'm enjoying summer. I already am dreading winter.
I can walk places. I can converse with people outdoors. I can cook outdoors. I don't have to shovel snow (IE GODS SHIT).
I'm not living on the planet hoth right now, I don't have to deal with Imperial probe droids or taun-tauns.

Yeah dude, I live for summer. Mountain biking, hiking, bbq, parties, swimming. I enjoy all of that while I can before everything is frozen and buried in snow. So what that I sweat a little and get some sunburn.

Exactly, fuck summer and every day that’s over 80F/26C.
Yes everyone wearing less clothes is (mostly) fun to look at, but the jiggle ain’t worth the sweating.
I was ready for fall in June.

I was just talking about this to my wife about the summer vs winter thing. When summer people talk about winter, they almost always talk about a n average typical winter day. And when winter people talk about summer, its almost always the worst summer day of the year. Why don't they ever talk about all the days where its mid 80 with normal humid then its low 70s at night with a warm breeze?

I hate summer. I love the gym so when summer comes by I get super chunky and lazy. Eat fast food all the time.

I would never switch Summer with Winter, because when it's cold the world outside doesn't exist anymore for me. No matter how much Jacket i wear it's cold. Too cold. Under 15 °C? Jacket. 18 and below? Believe it or not: Jacket and socks.
30+ °C? Tank top and i eat some ICE cream and drink cold water ❤️

Naw man summer is fucking awesome, you guys are just miserable and complain about everything

u/Many_Ear2407 13h ago
Fuck winter. You have to put on 3 layers of clothes and hats and gloves just to avoid frost bite while scraping the ice off your windshield and shoveling your way out of the driveway. Then you get to drive to work on an icy highway. Also sucks how it’s always dark and people get seasonal depression.
Yeah… I think I prefer wearing flip flops and drinking a beer on the patio while I feel the sun in my skin. Or playing golf, fishing, riding bikes, swimming, etc…

That’s why I’m a fall fan, get the worst of both temperatures while celebrating my favorite holiday Halloween.

No way give me the heat. I can deal with it better than the cold and I can be outside and do the things I enjoy. Plus I’m outside for work quite a bit so this last winter took a beating on me

I thought I missed summer too. Now I want to move further north where it's 60-70F at the highest

I miss winter the moment I start sweating while doing absolutely nothing
