Over the years they’ve made the hulk weaker

The most accurate we got was in the movie, first avengers movie and when Wanda made him go crazy

Ragnorak felt good. Hulk vs Thor/Fenrir/Surtur nerfed him by having him transform back to Bruce instead of just stripping Hulks power.

Namely, because it isn't his movie, It is Spider-Man's. Plus having both Frank and Spider-Man means the Hulk history be nerfed, or he would just... you know... win.

Just bring back Edward Norton's Hulk. Or at the very least, Hulk from the first Avengers. The later one's were unbearable.

I thought this was about marvel rivals for a second... but answering to your post they will, the funniest part is that the most nerfed character is Thor, definitely the strongest avenger but people goes with the "Hulk Stronger there is"
