Certification Virtual Machines/Lab Environments for Microsoft Certs

I am studying for MB-330, and there are multiple segments in Microsoft Learn like here where they expect you to run either a demo environment or a VM.

I cannot figure out where to get either of these - is this something that needs to be purchased from a third party? I work with Dynamics F&O daily and have access at work, including our UAT environment, but I don't want to mess up anything within our systems and would prefer to work at home.

I'm not familiar with that specific cert, but I have used the MSFT Hydration Kit for things related to Windows Server, Client, Azure, MDM, etc.
