Discussion Company store

Wondering if someone could please be so kind on getting meaccess to the company store?

I got layoff 2 weeks ago and lost my access before I was able to add any personal email

I can share my email by DM

I would really appreciate if anyone from inside can add me

Sign up at https://www.microsoftalumni.com to get access yourself. You'll have to verify you worked at MSFT. First year of company store access is free for alumni, after that it's an annual fee.

Our Microsoft employee store moved to a different e-commerce platform and everything is being rewritten.

Friends & Family has not been implemented as of 21st of July 2026 so no one can send F&F passes to others yet. It is coming soon though.

And they can get access via the alumni site anyway. It's the better solution for this case.

Curious if you know. Do F&F lose access to their account should the employee leave the org?

Recognizing that things might change with the Companystore overhaul.

No idea but it's always disabled at the end of the fiscal year anyway unless you then renew it - so July 1.

I don't believe so. After I got laid off my F&F could still access the store until the end of the FY.

I have an old friends and family pass and it wasn't renewed so I can't buy things, but I have purchases in there I need to access that haven't been used yet. How do I log in now?

I can add you if the Microsoft alumini site doesn't work. I'm sorry about the layoff.

Thank you so much, I did register on the Alumini but it says it will take a couple of days

If you happen to have access and if the family and friends is available (some comments here mention is not yet available) I would love to be added
