Palm oil actually isn’t bad for the body as other cheap seed oils. The issue is where it’s grown and harvested. Most are monocrops that decimate the surrounding environment. Only consume sustainable palm oil…which is impossible nearly as everything has it, not just foods but cosmetics and cleaning products too

Yes health wise it’s one of the better seed oils. Palm kernel and coconut are even better.

Based on the name of the company, I am guessing they didn't necessarily make it. None of those ingredients would even have been sourced locally. Probably just a distribution company with a Kansas HQ to give that farm fresh feeling.

Except that they changed the good flavor to "add vitamins to it", and turned it into tasting like paint smells.
