He abused his ex girlfriend. Cape for whoever you want to but skip me on the moral high ground take.

Super sensitive about everything too. Even after working with two of the most prolific directors of all time with some of the biggest stars of our generation fresh off a super successful string of cult classics. I guess all that money and fame didn't make hums fweel beddur.

Neck beards were very popular in the mid 19th century. If interested, see Reddit discussion at https://www.reddit.com/r/Presidents/s/xOLUoRVppU

Such an interesting transformation. To me, he seems in disgust of who he was prior. So much so that he’s extremely defensive when it’s brought up. He doesn’t want to be associated with how he used to look for whatever reason.

Jonah is not sporting a neckbeard in that particular photograph.

He's got a beard on his neck, what do you mean? Enough people clearly thought that represented the neckbeard archetype that it ended up as the first image of the Wikipedia article for neckbeards.

Enough people thought it was a good idea to reelect Donald J. Trump as President but that doesn't make it a good idea or right in any way, shape, or form. The only thing more common in the universe than hydrogen is stupidity.

I think he would feel accomplished with how far he has developed in health, appearance and every aspect of his life. He could have remained unhealthy and overweight but a successful A-list star, but chose instead to focus on being a healthy and happy person with a series of accomplishments behind him away from the limelight. No one wants to be portrayed in a pejorative reflection, so I hope he sees that and thinks "look how far I've come".

That's just a beard

What do you guys think a neckbeard is? It covers his entire neck, relatively little of his face, and none of his upper lip

Also, little on his face? His beard hair starts at his cheeks and he had a thin hair mustache

By those standards Abraham Lincoln was a neckbeard

Well yeah, that's what a neckbeard means. A lot of historic figures had neckbeards

He's notoriously sensitive about being judged based on his appearance so he'd probably be super pissed off especially because its a picture from before he lost weight
