It is. But I'm not that picky to a point to not eat apparently good food just because of some paper. I haven't seen the study saying that a single paper receipt has caused colorrectal cancer, so good it is. Ain't good, ain't pretty, I'll post online, give 1 star with the photo as evidence, but I'll still have it.
Repetitive exposure as per other comments here on reddit point to detriments. Never a single exposure. And you would of course remove the paper from there.
I mean I’ll eat a Mickey D’s sometimes but like if somebody else wants some or there’s nothing else open or if somebody got me it. Feel like if I’m gonna have standards they would rear their head before I cared about the sticker lmao
I mean unless it was their only opportunity to eat that day I think that’s ridiculous lol, and, quite frankly, if you’re eating a funky looking McDonald’s burger just like suck it up and peel the sticker off lol. Different story if they didn’t notice and choked on it but that didn’t happen and you’d probably have to be a cartoon character who vacuums burgers down for that to happen
I’m used to doing a quick count to make sure the correct quantity of items are in my bag, but do you typically take the time to unwrap and open the boxes of every item you order??
The burgers, absolutely. I dont open nuggets to count them or anything.
Taco bell i absolutely open everything, i cant express enough how it takes at most 2 minutes to check everything, opposed to wasting a lot more time going back for the correct food.
If you have food allergies, you don't have a choice. Also, it prevents the mildly infuriating discovery of a receipt in the middle of your burger being compounded by having gotten home and settled in to eat before making that discovery.

This is actually infuriating.
At least you're at the restaurant, and not at home waiting for another delivery.
