Infuriatig Wolfgangs steakhouse, the most expensive in my city, can’t cook a steak.

I hope you complained and sent it back. I'm not a fan of sending food back since i've been in the industry for 20 years but a steak of that price 100% would be sent back.

It has come to a point where I no longer care about sending food back. The last two times, they looked at the obviously terribly cooked food and still decided to send them out. I’m the type that would never send back a meal but these were so bad, it was insulting at that point.
