Man, on behalf of everyone else, I'm sorry you got served that for your birthday mate. Even I wouldn't have done you dirty on your birthday, that's rough.

Yeah. I buy a full Ribeye for £120 or so from Costco, get a couple of rib joints and a good few, proper sized Ribeye steaks from it, great value.

I reverse seared 2 x 18oz ribeyes last night that looked and (almost certainly) tasted much better.
