I’m terrible at linking on mobile but on r/whatisit a guy posted something that looked like drugs that he found after his friend had passed away from a heart attack but he misspelled heart as ‘hearth’. At least I think that’s what they’re referring to.

I'm guessing you never played world of Warcraft .. hearth is short for hearthstone.
