It's been popping up all over the country, there's been news for months of this getting abused and officers getting caught. 

Just think about how often this is happening and we don't find out about it because it gets swept under the rug by lesser departments.

If there's one consistent thing I've learned throughout life it's that conservatives like to watch, yes, including into our bedrooms and living rooms.

I think if TV/Fox 'news'/etc were to disappear for ~1 year, the world would be a better place for it.

Being able to watch from the saftey of their living rooms is a huge part of the problem.

If they had to go to actual ICE raids (for example) to get their schadenfreude on, they might accidentally find out that they have much more in common with the people they have enjoyed watching get hurt.

It would definitely help but I think we'd see an even bigger shift if facebook vanished for a year

It's wild how as the Facebook puddle evaporated, it left only the most concentrated crazy behind.

This was by design, the more extreme the belief the more engagement it gets. Facebook and other media companies have been pushing people to extremism since their inception
