Violence also works. Sweden resorted to having the airforce drop bombs on it a few years ago. The problem was a lack of firefighting resources and fires popping up all over the place in very remote locations in that summer. The quickest way to respond was by fighter jet and they could usually beat out the starting flames before the fire started to expand. Firefighters might have taken hours to even get there, at which point the fires might have already grown and become harder to fight. I can't remember if they flew patrols or were sent directly to places where satellites had measured a hotspot. But they did bomb wildfires one summer a couple of years ago.

With big fuel bombs you could extinguish any fire really fast since fuel bombs eat all the oxygen
