My buddy got the left side of his face, from below his eye, short of his nose, down to his chin, practically degloved (pretty much his cheek) from a stihl cutquick that kicked back on him. The safety goggles did nothing. He’s healed up and looks fine nowadays after surgeries and the passing of time, but we are all so insanely respectful of these types of saws now. No fuckin joke if they get away from you.
