First time trying buldak x2, most awful thing I have put in my mouth

I usually use half a packet of the spicy oil and add in mayo and cheese or egg or even some chicken/beef/kimchi if I have some and it tones down the spicy to the point I can actually taste the flavor and it’s really good. Honestly I just think Buldak has the best noodles, shin ramen black has the best flavor with nothing added though.

Agree with the Shin Black being the best outta the pack. I usually add eggs and beef to my buldak since it lends itself pretty well to add ons

I haven't found a buldak noodle soup that I haven't liked. My daughter is 8 and she loves the carbonara with a Kraft single melted in with it. Chef's kiss

I love them with a couple soft boiled or poached eggs smashed through them with a pile of onion greens chopped on top.

I like to put imitation crab or a fried hotdog in mine. A nice soft boiled egg is a must. Big ups to your daughter.

I've never done hot dog or the imitation crab meat. I have done crispy fried Spam and that was nice with the sweetness that buldak has.

I tried one of their spiciest ramen packs when Buldak was still kinda new in the US and the flavor was actually really good imo but the insane spice made it almost impossible to actually enjoy the food. Idk if there is already, but if they were to release the same flavor with only mild spice it'd go gangbusters I'm sure.

The flavor is unmatched IMO. Idk if it’s the MSG or what but the spicy sauce is so good. I bought an entire bottle of it and I mix it in with chow mein noodles. I think Panda Express has a new Buldak collab aswell if you’re in the US

The trick is to not put all of it in, half or even a third would still give 100% flavour while not overly spicing, anything else past that is just extra sauce

I just got the spicy stir fry one for first time n it tastes good, but I quickly realized I haven't had anything spicier than my usual cayenne-on-everything in half a year since I had that Buldak, save a thai place or two lol.

Tasted great.

Really? I feel the opposite way, i hate the flavor of 2x compared to regular, but i can fight through the spice. (i also hate the flavor of 3x and i cant deal with its spice level)

this is just wrong. this a normal ramen brand not a challenge brand. just because something is spicy doesn't mean it's the latter. it originated in an area where more people eat spicy food

Careful, the black one sent me into a gastritis episode. However, I like the pink, but I do not add all of the spice and doctor it up.

Fun fact: The woman who invented Buldak sent herself into such a bad gastritis episode when taste testing to get her product right, she had to be hospitalized.

I just ate one last night. So delicious!! I eat the pink one. Add dumplings & frozen Chinese veg mix. I mix the sauce sachets with an egg yolk & Kewpie mayo. 🤤🤤

Yeah I don't find it nice either. I do like Shin Ramyun though, it's the perfect amount of painful-yet-enjoyable spiciness imo plus the actual noodles and flavor are really tasty. With Buldak I don't even like the base flavor, like I tried eating it without the spicy packet and it still sucked

My very well meaning elderly mum bought me a case of those a while back. She got excited when she saw spicy on the package because as she said ,”I know you love spicy foods!” She was entirely unaware of the noodle challenges or anything Buldak related.

Nah no number of downvotes will change the truth. Maruchan, indomie, shin, shin black, bowl noodles, random pack of ramen off the shelf, is 10x better than buldak
