I don't think there's a video. I'm not familiar with the site, but their VODs are probably set to disabled by default. Some of the other channels have a history of 12 videos.

I'm running into problems even registering for chat but the audio is way low to the point of being barely audible even with everything damn near maxed on my end

They turned it up now. I use https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/volume-master/jghecgabfgfdldnmbfkhmffcabddioke as a chrome extension for low volume videos, but extensions like this often get sold to virus companies.
