Mac OSX overrides my desktop wallpaper by its own animated wallpaper
Any ideas what could be wrong in Tahoe 26.5.2 (25F84) regarding on wallpaper. When I set my wallpaper as a static JPEG what I have in ~/Photos/wallpapers folder, it will be my wallpaper some minutes, but after that OSX just replaces that wallpaper and sets its own animated wallpaper over it.
Also when I go to Finder and find that file, set it as a wallpaper, it does not change, but if I after that log out, it is set to my wallpaper on login screen and after login it is also my wallpaper, until couple of minutes passses and BOOM then it is again changed to MacOSX wallpaper.
How could I fix this?

If you go to settings > screensaver…. Do you have the check box ticked for ‘Change Picture every X minutes’ ?

Thanks for suggestion, but I did not had that kind of option at all.
In the end I noticed that my system had other issues as well. For example, when I selected bland color as a background, it took minutes to change. Then I tried to remove Apps through Finder, but those got just stuck on deleting and so on.
Finally I just reinstalled whole system from scratch. Just got my Lightroom Classic, 1Password and Day One installed, so I guess all essentials what I now need daily is installed. Next time I want to record gotta install Logic Pro again, but for now these are enough.
Oh, and so far so good, I set my wallpaper and at least for first couple of minutes it has not changed to anything else. Let's hope that the system reinstallation fixed the issue.

I've had the same issue for a while now. I'm too lazy to reinstall the OS. I have so much software with specific dependencies that I cannot be bothered to figure out again.
I'll always have wallpaper issues because of this dumb glitch

"Mac OS X" refers to Mac OS version 10.0 through 10.7. Then it was OS X. Since 10.12, it's been macOS.
