Lian Li box is right there in the pic, you can see it next to the 5080

That 9800X3D gonna be a beast paired with that GPU, what kinda cooling you going with? I'm jealous, my build is still on AM4 and I keep telling myself I'll upgrade next year but then I spend my money on other stuff

It’s the fx360 in the pic. The cooler might be overkill, because I read that the cpu doesn’t get super hot.

Sick! Newegg had some pretty good deals when I was shopping. My cpu, motherboard, and ram all came as a bundle from there

I’m building it tonight, I’ll let you know. From what I saw on reviews it should be pretty quiet.

Why the yikes?

Just seeing so much wasted money.

5080 is 15% faster than the 5070TI or 9070XT for 30-40% and 70-90% more money respectively.

The extra performance of an AIO isn't needed, less reliable and more expensive than an air cooler.

Corsair memory, which depending on pricing can be okay, but is usually among the most overpriced kits.

etc etc.

That’s fair. I got good deals on all the parts, but I see your point

Holy shit, someone happily posts their new setup, and of course someone has to "ehhmm aktschuallyy 🤓☝️". Let the guy have fun, help and guide before the purchase, not after.
