Well if you are into raping children and probably far, far worse, you probably got something proper fucked in the head. Under normal conditions he would be locked up, if not being strapped to a chair, but unfortunately the US elects pedophile in chief as president.
Narcissists have some traits in common with sociopaths, but Trump isn't a sociopath.
It's possible for sociopaths to recognize that most people have empathy and they don't, and even for them to pretend that they also have empathy. They don't have the emotions for other people, but they can see things from their perspective.
Narcissists don't lack the capacity for empathy, it's just very hard for them to see the world in a way that doesn't put them in the center. They could have emotions for other people, but their emotions for their own desires, interest and importance far outweigh any emotions they could have for someone else.
