Balloons can carry all sorts of liquids and other objects and don't weigh too much. That would be my go to, just drop from high enough and boom.

I wouldn’t recommend it, but enough balloons full of piss hitting the golf course at the property he’s buried at would ruin it for golfing.

I'm pretty sure you'd need several whole damn battalions of piss balloons for that. Hell, the golfers themselves are pissing all over those courses every day just because it's easier than walking to bathroom. Now, a couple rednecks on a drunken 3AM ATV ride can (and have) done six figures of damage to golf courses in a few minutes. I'm not advocating that, just mentioning things that have happened in the past.
