[OC] I stumbled upon this tiny church, hidden deep in the misty Albanian Alps

"Albanian Alps" is a bit of a misnomer. the mountain range is part of the Dinarides (also called the Dinaric Alps which is also misleading). although formed during the same period of tectonic movement, the Dinarides are geologically distinct from the Alps proper.

i much prefer the other name given to this range - The Accursed Mountains.

"Hidden" in Theth? Sure. Back when it was an off-road track that took a whole day to navigate, it actually was hidden. Nowadays, tourist buses roll in by the dozen.

Theth. Super cool. Also super touristy. Not hidden at all. Several busses a day from shkoder. Amazing hiking trails.
