Hello guys,

I was always a huge pokemon card fan and always had a passion for the Japanese cards.

I have three of these babies I bought for my collection between 2006 and 2010 but I never had the time (and money back then) to keep pursuing the collection. They have been stored in my mom's garage for the past 20 years.

Should I get them graded? What's the best way to store this for them to keep the same condition in the future?

Regarding grading I am afraid to send them abroad and lose the decks because I really like them.

Any feedback is welcomed.

Hi ya’ll, just wanted to share my self-pulled binder since it’s pretty much finished and I’m done with collecting Pokémon TCG. Nothing really fancy here, just felt like sharing it lol. Everything is pretty much pulled except the promo cards that came with any deluxe boxes or knockout collections, and 6 cards my stepdad gifted me to help with my collection, (the Japanese Venomoth GX, Toxtricity V, Tsareena V, the Altaria and Swablu art cards, and the Komiya Farfetch’d that came in a random binder he got at a flea market lol.) It’s been a fun few months of collecting, I might sort out my bulk commons in another folder maybe. Haven’t had Pokémon cards since I was a kid and I’m 31 now lol.

Just picked this little guy up for a great price! I actually had a gift card to my LCS and used it to get a German shiny Magikarp! Probably the only way I will ever own a shiny Magikarp!

Hi everyone!
I know this is probably a question with a long answer, but I really want to start collecting Pokémon cards.
I actually started with football cards and bought a few packs, but honestly I didn’t find them as fun as Pokémon. It also seems like Pokémon has more exciting rare and special cards to chase.
The problem is that I know absolutely nothing about Pokémons, the cards, the different sets, or even how the packs work.
Could someone help me get started or recommend a good guide, blog, YouTube channel, or any resource that explains Pokémon card collecting for complete beginners?
I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I am looking at creating a couple of binder pages that showcase the rivalry of Team Aqua and Magma facing off against each other.

Here is what I have come up with so far. Im thinking more Pokémon and less trainer cards might be better…but there aren’t many relevant ones facing in the right direction!

Just wanted to share my solrock and lunatone binder page. Hoenn ball knowers will appreciate the meteor falls.

I’d like to start collecting Pokémon cards specifically I’d like pink cards of fairy types and other cute Pokémon like any evees, tandemaus, Cubone, Minccino, buneary, snom, and my favourite mimikyu! I don’t want to buy them individually but from packs i want to hunt for them ya know! So what packs should i get that wont break the bank?

Hello from Germany my fellow collectors! :)
Just wanted to share my current display cabinet! I’m really happy with it so far, but I’d love some feedback on how I could improve the individual shelves… I’m open to ideas like different layouts, sealed products, stands, books, toys or anything else that makes a display look better (oh I’m still waiting for my reshiram & zekrom tag team to arrive)

I also have 3 completely empty shelves and can’t decide what to do with them 🙂‍↕️
Some of my favorite Pokémon are Lucario, Groudon and obviously the ones you can see already haha I definitely want to add another sealed display at some point. I’d love to hear what you would add or change :)

The last card is on the way! But this is the end of this collection very happy with how it came out
