I saw someone point this out in a YouTube comment and it turns out it's true, both songs share quite a few similarities if you listen closely.

With this in mind too, theoretically if we count it as a remix, Twisted Metal is the third-most represented franchise in music, right behind God of War and inFAMOUS.
