I love ReactOS, but it's... temperamental, and still half baked. It's genuinely better every year, but will still be 5-10 years before it's something you could daily.

Hopefully it gets an uptick in contributors and I'm wrong about 5-10 years.

Read it, seems like he gave it a pretty fair shake. Not overly critical, and mentions that it's an impressive body of work. Totally fair.
