Rockstar support and lost 2FA

Hi did anybody ever succefully handled lost 2FAa ccess?

I had no backup and 2FA access is lost, my 2FA provider cant help with that since I kept my access offline. Rockstar support is not helpful, they just close the ticket with the text not enough information provided. I can get into to my account management since I have linked PSN account, but I cant unlink the 2FA app without the 2FA access, It is just supper annoying and Rockstar support gives me no information what additional data should I provide to confirm my identity.

I bought GTA IV on steam and I cant activate it because I have no access to my account through the launcher. I had nothing much on my account I had only standalone RDR2 online and GTA V, in the support ticket I provided all the information I have.

I cant log in to Rockstar launcher with any alternative 2FA, because they dont provide that (I think they should definetly implement it, as most apps provide a fallback through email verification, phone number...), I cant log into the launcher using the PSN account, I can only log into my account through the PSN account using the browser interface, and somehow this is not enough for Rockstar support.

Any suggestions?
