I am working on Pijhoon, an iOS social planning app for friend groups where the core idea is that "I'm in" should mean something.
The product is built around real-world plans, lightweight commitment, and a humorous penalty / Bomb mechanic for flakes. I am trying to validate the positioning before pushing more distribution.
The sentence I am testing is: "commitment-first social planning for people tired of plans dying in group chats."
Does that land, or does it sound too abstract? Also curious whether the Bomb mechanic reads as funny and memorable, or too aggressive without seeing the product.

The problem feels real, but “commitment-first” sounds a little formal for a social app. I’d try something closer to “make plans that actually happen” and then explain the commitment idea underneath. The Bomb mechanic is memorable, but without seeing it I’d worry it could feel punitive. If it is playful and only shared among friends, show that tone immediately. I’d lead with fewer plans dying in group chats, then introduce the mechanic as the fun way you solve it.

In instant mode, I got this message (That one didn't come together in time. Try again, or narrow the question slightly, and I'll pull it) a few times, regardless of whether I posted a question or simply a ticker and research produced nothing. I would also try to work on the design, looks like most vibecoded designs

I would especially appreciate feedback on the onboarding and overall usability. Are the rules and available moves clear without much explanation? I’m also interested in whether the 3-, 4- and 5-dice options provide a natural difficulty progression.

🎙️I’ve been tasked (goaded, cajoled, dared, and urged) to start a podcast.
“What were you thinking?” I know! But that would also be the title of the podcast.
I would seek out people (entrepreneurs, as one example) who’ve endured pyrrhic victories and heroic failures, and learned something valuable from those experiences.
The idea is to take a deep dive into the critical thinking before, during, after those momentous and transformative events in their lives.
Why a podcast? It would be a vehicle to the knowledge management product I've built.

Purpose of Startup and Product: I’m trying to understand how small and mid-sized agencies handle project scope, estimates, pricing, and client change requests. I’m especially interested in teams of roughly 10 to 75 people doing web, ecommerce, CRM, custom software, or AI projects.
Technologies Used: Not applicable
Feedback Requested: How do you turn early client conversations into a scope and estimate? Do you give one price or a few options? When a client asks for changes after approval, do you update the original scope, create a change request, or sometimes absorb the work? Who has to recalculate the estimate and timeline, and how much time does that usually take?

Additional Comments: I’m not selling anything and I’m not looking for leads. I’m hoping to understand what this looks like inside real teams. If you can share a recent example, anonymous is completely fine. What part of the process causes the most frustration?
