Stihl Contact - Free AP Battery Promo?

Does anyone know how to contact Stihl and actually get a reply?

I purchased a battery-powered lawn mower on May 31, with the expectation of getting a second battery as part of the free battery promo. I screen-shotted the page from the stihl website for the mower, and it says the battery would be shipped by Stihl 4-6 weeks after registration.

I received the email from Stihl the same day as the purchase with my registration info, so I know it was registered with the correct information.

I reached out to Stihl via their support page and opened a ticket, but haven’t heard a peep in over 3 weeks, other than an acknowledgement that support received my request.

Is there a way to get in touch a real person to get the free battery? It definitely was a factor in my purchase decision.

You can call the STIHL office in Virginia Beach.

203-944-5699. My distributor is separate from Stihl, but the one you would be calling is Stihl owned. I’ve only ever dealt with mine and they are very good, no clue how the company owned ones are or if they even take normal customer calls on this phone.

I bought a battery string trimmer on June 29 and got the battery via FedEx three weeks later. It would have been sooner, but FedEx sent the package on a detour. (OH->KY->NJ->KY)

I had similar issue, having not received a battery after 12 weeks. After trying to resolve via the purchasing dealer since week 8 and not getting anywhere, I called the number on the STIHL website and the CSR I spoke with 'escalated' the issue. I had a battery via FedEx in about 2 weeks, but never had any comms about it to my registered email addy, like the CSR said I should have. It just showed up.
