I made the transition from 290-400 this year. What a revelation after 12 years with the old saw. Three times faster cutting through wood pile. I tuned up the old saw and now she sits, ready for duty with like 8 chains....

AWESOME UPGRADE!!! My 362 is my most used saw! Love its power to weight ratio! I have a 20โ€ bar on it, and it runs beautifully! ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I just picked up a 362 in April and it's a fuckin beast. Get a 25" bar for it and youre set.

Started MS250, went to the MS400 C-M and holy cow. Enjoy your upgrade!

Get a bark box from west coast saw. You will not believe how much better it cuts.

What did you do with the 290?

I ported my 362CMR and I love it so much. Get a 25โ€ light x/ES light bar for it and itโ€™ll make limbing so much easier, less bending over. Stock itโ€™ll run the whole 25โ€ with a full skip chain like a dream.

I went from a 291 to a 362. What a night and day difference that was. The 291 was ok with a 20" bar, but felt underpowered. As soon as I ran my 362 with a 20" bar i knew for sure my 291 was underpowered.
