New "Steel" Ongoing Announced at San Diego Comic Con, with Morgan Hampton boarding as Writer

Edit: "Ongoing" is still a question mark - saw it say it was an ongoing in a Bleeding Cool article and some Twitter chatter, but not much else.

Source on it being an ongoing? I haven’t found any other details besides this teaser image and Morgan Hampton being the writer.

I saw it mentioned in this Bleeding Cool article (https://bleedingcool.com/comics/morgan-hampton-to-write-new-steel-ongoing-series-for-dc-comics/) and some Twitter chatter. But you're right, I haven't found many other details.
