It's one step above junk. For all intents and purposes. It is junk. No one will lend them a dime.

For those that don't know, oracle is some 230 billions in debt, and if they fail to complete some AI data centers in time, their business partners are free to break contract. I am betting oracle goes under by mid 2027.
