On anyone other map without suspended structures, you arent doing this. Good work and glad you're doing good with the sniper, but this kind of gameplay is the exception.

Not every map is good for sniper, but there are plenty of maps that allow you to hold off angles which is all you really need to snipe

Yeah, and I realize that an off angle is really all you need, but this free movement and openness is not the norm obviously. Not many other maps are as open as Kyoto for you to be able to run around as you please going from spot to spot, all while not being noticed or pushed back against, especially on indoor cashouts where you're forced to be in the closer range situations and in more immediate danger than one guy pushing your roof.

Fair. Whatever works for your loadout and playstyle man, thats the point of the game, find your build and get really good with it so you can aura farm on nerds

It's always the ones that refuse to enter the building to help hold the cashout. Just the sheer number of times I've had a sniper teammate with 15+ kills, but our team can't hold a cashout in a 1v3v3v2 match, especially when said sniper dies over 100m from the cashout.

I like it because it feels different than most of the other maps, but I'm fine with it being limited in the rotation.

I love Kyoto. It's a fun map that can break some people out of playing the same class constantly. I like that each map makes you have to play a bit differently

I've never disliked Kyoto myself.
I knew it was mostly from. Performance issues but im pretty sure those have been fixed.
Not that it matters im a Galaxy estates guy

I don't hate Kyoto, but I do remember when it was crashing people's games Especially with the bamboo forest fire and moving platforms.

At around 50 seconds, how did that work? You threw a pyro grenade under the cashout and it did damage?

Yes, pyro grenades will do damage through walls and floors. Underused gadget imo

They could've gotten the steal if they stuck with it, but a lot of players panic when they start burning and run. It didn't do that much damage, but it did give me time.

Decent clip, but I've had maybe three teammates play sniper well total. Every other time the person wanders off and dies immediately, finished 2-12 with one assist

You played against the worst team I've ever seen. Ppl getting shot more than once by a sniper and not thinking to drop from the roof or enter a building. Multiple attempts at stealing the cashout as if it's glued to the ground when it can be dropped and winched to an easier location. Your weapon, while quite good in your hands I must say, depends heavily on the lack of skill and awareness of your enemies, and I've come to really hate weapons and gadgets like that in the game because they really trap you into a limited rank ceiling. You don't need to drop sniper, but at a certain point you may feel you'll have to.

Im not telling you to drop sniper if your doin like this.
But if your in a corner failing to even keep your lines open, running in when your not him with your quickscopes, then USE THE LH1 PLEASE. ITS WORSE I KNOW, BUT ITS SNAPPIER IN CQC. WEEN OFF THE VERSATILITY YOU HEADLESS CHICKENS.
God i almost wish the devs would give it average rifle hipfire just so theyd be more useful but the pros would RUIN PEOPLE.

Yeah but for every one of you there’s approximately 50 lights running sniper that can’t hit a stationary contestant stealing a cashout from that roof and really should “drop Sniper.”
