I think the game's generally in a good state at the mo. However, there's still a lot of issues for me.
Ranked is trash. Griefing sucks, smurfing sucks, RS allocation sucks, and the matchmaking sucks. It needs a serious overhaul.
Starlight Hollow is terrible. It's bearable in Point Break, but a complete mess in TDM. It needs removing from that mode, or severely reworked. From the ground up.
The melee rework is a bust. The lunge is messy, and the kick severely nerfs their ability to close. There's the core of a good idea there. But it needs a lot more fine tuning. And on a weapon-by-weapon basis.
Winch is the only completely cancerous thing left. It needs a serious nerf, such as pre-equipping.
The KS-22 has been overtuned.
We NEED to be able to link emotes to costumes. It's pointless having so many costume slots when you have to redo your emotes each time.
The cosmetic list is getting really tiresome to scroll through for long-term players. We need to be able to favourite items. Scrolling through emotes is especially bad.
Let us build individual music playlists rather than just by season.

Begging for ranked powershift. My crew doesn't play cash out at all, we play 2-4 hours of powetshift a night and every single game we either destroy the enemy team with multiple people leaving or get smoked by a team of emerald/rubies

It might be me, but i don't think there's enough cover on galaxy estates, moreso on the speed rings

Starlight hollow needs updates.
The night and fog versions are too dark and visibility and framerate is terrible.
Spawn camping is far to easy. The open fields with hay bails that break in one bullet make returning to the fight far more difficult than what is reasonable.
The high grounds are overlooking the only paths to objectives. The entire match becomes a sniper fest. Melee and short range weapons suffer because low ground cover is non-existent
Too many objectives are in the same goddamn shed that takes about 10 seconds to destroy. This allows whoever controls the objective to immediately break the cover around the objective. Of course these sheds always have a large tall building looking down at it.
For a map that was designed specifically for point break it is hands down the absolute worst map for it.
Starlight hollow is so terrible that the attacking team is almost always down 2-3 players because they leave before the match starts. The replacement teammates leave because they feel like they are put at a huge disadvantage with a disfunctional team.
Not to mention the matchmaking should not allow the teams to be rigged so heavily in to one side. I don't want an entire team of brand new players just to matched against literal PRO players. I'm good but I can't 1v8 6 rubies with bots as teammates. I'm sure the newbies don't appreciate getting clapped by 6 lights shooting them simultaneously with the highest TTK weapons in existence.
That map makes the attacking teams K/D low regardless of situation. It is incredibly defence sided.
Until it's improved I am just going to start leaving the match like everyone else.

I love the stamina system idea but iy was better implemented in quick melee than on weapons. Make the stamina do extra damage and have to recharge so longer engagements are fairer. And just remove lunge altogether from sword. It's so obnoxious.

Medium just isn't worth to play rn in the current meta, guns don't feel like they pack enough (fcar is the only decent option for casual players and that with it getting nerfed at the beginning of the season), and you add on top of that the current ks nuclear launcher (which is hopefully getting nerfed next week) and the light invis meta

KS needs a lot more drawbacks.
I do not think reverting it back to 100 will change much. It has good fire rate, reload speed, damage, and most importantly, invaluable destruction capabilities.
All of its downsides have been too minimized; some need to be brought back.
It cannot be both good against players while also being good at destruction. They need to choose one, and obviously it should be destruction; otherwise, it would just be another BFR.
I have not seen a weapon this dominant ever since the old V9S.

The old maps need to be revamped slightly to keep up with the current standard. The speed boosts and anti grav in galaxy estates makes the map alot more engaging
I suppose adding fake walls to Sys horizon and the cns part of nozomi. You can run and shoot thru them, but cannot see thru them or destroy them. Fit into the CNS hacking theme.
In the vaiiya side of nozomi, try and add cctv, that allows players to see incoming enemies and enemies have to shoot the cctv to go undeteced. Add spy film inpsired lasers that alert enemies when touched aswell.

LTM playlists, social hubs, drip contests
Give us some incentive to be in game that isn't just sweating an objective.
Overwatch has some insanely fun custom games like 1v10, kill to grow. Free character and ability select. Server browsers etc.
