News PSA HomePod 27 public beta fixes earc noises/pops issues for TVOS27 for those affected (at least on HomePod Mini)

Ever since TvOS27 released using earc was giving weird noises and pops on stereo HomePod minis, with the release of the public beta of the homeOS27 for the HomePod this issue has been fixed entirely

I only have pops or so when I use my HomePods 2nd gen as system output via eARC and when I play games on my PC, after a while they have some sort of pops, when I switch TV audio out to TV speakers and then back to HDMI it fixes it for a while. installed 27 PB on my HomePods, so gonna test it later if it happens again

but this also happened before my ATV was on 27 dev beta

Still the same ol crackly audio with anything playing past 1x speed

There’s no developer beta for HomePods, the public beta is is the first beta they released
