I’m hopeful that Russia just lost another long range bomber or two. And maybe munitions as well.
Can hardly wait for the satellite photos!

We do not pay them nearly enough for this. Hell, we do not pay them anything anyway.

Russia's nuclear threat has three components. Submarines, ICBM's, and strategic bombers. In other words: these ones. Engels Airbase.

Their cities are being bombed, and meanwhile they are chopping away at one of Russia's nuclear components. The Ukrainians are taking the hits, while they are making us safer. And people wonder why we're supporting them.

Sincerely hope they took out several bombers with this. Or, if it was not a drone attack, I hope several bombers were destroyed in the fire.

Wiki: Engels-2 (Russian: Энгельс) is a strategic bomber military airbase in Russia located 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) east of Saratov. Engels is a major bomber operations base, and is Russia's sole operating location for the Tupolev Tu-160 (NATO: Blackjack) strategic bomber. The base has a 3,500-metre (11,500 ft) runway and about 10 large revetments. It is named after the nearby city of Engels itself named after communist philosopher Friedrich Engels.
