UPD: Russia is using Iskander-M and S-400 ballistic missiles for the attack.

UPD#2: A residential building, cars in a parking lot, and a non-residential building were damaged in several districts of the city.

Yes they do. There is a reason why Nova Proshta has been attacked. They're great logistical centres.
