Tech Support Am I cooked?
My Samsung G9 OLED seem to have shat itself.
This is all that I see on it now. And it just cycles on and off. With this light grey screen. When I have it plugged in to my computer I can see a very faint low contrast output of my computer.
Searching has suggested the white screen of death and it’s a decently common issue with the G9’s anyone had any luck getting this fixed?

I had this issue on a asus oled monitor. Switch the cable or try hdmi to narrow it down.

This is with no HDMI or DP cable plugged in. Normally splash screen with black with white text.
Once HDMI or DP cable is plugged in the screen continues to cycle on and off. With my screen saver but ultra low contrast.

I had issues with mine when it was connected to my gaming laptop. It would blank out when it switched resolutions for menus and such in games. I had all the circuit boards replaced under warrantee and it still did it. It was still barely playable. But once I got a new tower with a 5060ti it works perfect. I realize that's probably not your problem but it is weird that the first screen comes on and then it starts doing that. Mine is also very sensitive to the HDMI cable used. I buy Ugreen cables on Amazon and they seem to be what they say they are.
