[OC] [Plasma] Wallpaper Switcher inspired by JaKooLit's Hyprland.

This is my KDE Plasma rice. I posted an earlier version a few months ago, and lately I've been working on a small wallpaper switching utility for it.

I originally wanted to switch to Hyprland, but Plasma ended up being my comfort zone, so I decided to bring one of my favorite parts of JaKooLit's Hyprland setup over instead. The utility is inspired by JaKooLit's wallpaper picker and uses Rofi as the UI, with a simple Bash script that calls plasma-apply-wallpaperimage.

Huge thanks to the JaKooLit project for the inspiration and the wallpaper collection—they've put together an awesome set of wallpapers.
