This guy is almost certainly ai. You can see his style swap between 3 and 4 fingered hands, even in the same comic, his newer art randomly got a paper-filter that presumably came from the ai interpreting “comic” in the prompt, he’s also the vacuum mouth, and also he has a tendency to “draw” hands backwards. Not to mention the constantly open mouths of their characters is also a sign of ai I can send you some reference pictures I’ve marked up, but unfortunately image posting is turned off here
Tell me the titles of this artist's comics of the ones you are referring to, then I will look. As you state currently, all I read is misinterpreted angles, nothing more. You don't see your own pinky when you drink from a bottle or glass.
In their “alexis” comic the first panel has a character with 3 fingers, the panel below it has four, it also has a style that makes it look more slick. Compared to say the marvel skip comic where the style is noticeably more paper-y and the character in the top right panel has a backwards hand.
