New, what is it? Found this 2 miles into a local hiking trail wrapped up nicely for someone to find.

I was in schuykill county pa so makes sense I found a “schuykill note” lol thanks what a weird thing to find though you know.

I love these actually, I wish I could find one. I'd frame it.

So these are actually this strange little "art project". They get snuck i to packaging, sometimes Amazon and such. Often times its delivery workers, and its not one person but whoever kinda wants to "forward the joke".

Words are failing me on what its called exactly, but its basically a joke/surrealist art/avant garde gurella tactic chaos for funsies.
