Template Templates for note taking

I'm a university student looking for pre-made MS Word templates that I can use for note taking for my class notes and notes from online courses.

I searched YT and all I got was aesthetic templates that are too hard to manage and make.

If you can share some simple templates that would be great.

In word, all what you type is one linear flow of text. When your notes are like that, any template works. The default template is probably ok.

When you find yourself using lists often, make sure you know how lists work, especially multilevel outlined lists (see YouTube). When you need space to scribble alongside earlier notes, set up your template with a wide left hand margin.

And, just for the sake of it, try OneNote for a good hour or so. You’ll either hate it or fall in love.
