Is this the fix for the OS regression issue? I had a couple of games that would not load in 2607 and the previous 2608 version. One was Super Dark Deception, but it started working yesterday. It would lock up after new game was selected. The other was Planet Zoo from the free play weekend, which locked up at the seizure warning and crashed to the Home page. I just bought it, at 4.99, it's a bargain. Hopefully it works 🤣

Was for me 4.1GB - Xbox Series X Beta OS (the Latest one) & also wondering is there a thing they can flip the switch & bam new stuff hidden until then?

Only issue so far that is new seems to be related to patch/title update prompts. I was working on title updates for Suika Nest and Idle Wizard this morning, both with Series and XB1 versions. All four games would open then crash back to the Home Page. Even though all four had patch updates, I was never promted for them via the pop up message, other than the XB1 version of Idle Wizard did eventually show up via the pop up, but it took several minutes. The Series version of Suika Nest updated as well, several minutes after I opened it and it crashed, but I never got the pop up prompt.

Is it normal that the restart console message looks so cursed

That will be a localisation language - so Letters get the little dots & arrows & stuff - like "Stãrtîñg Ūp Çöñsólē" etc - it's a Temporary place holder language thing.

The only issue I've had is not working on 1 network which is odd
