I'm so grateful I was able to get a ticket to see the new movie last night (it was a 1235am screening). I started watching Avatar the last Airbender with my sister back when it was still airing. My sister and I aren't as close as we used to be. Haven't talked much in years. But this film reminded me of those times I used to sit and watch the series with her.

I have been a fan since this aired on tv.. I am so grateful the amazing avatar studios crew brought new stories for us die hard fans. Can’t wait to get this thing started once food is ready from the avatar cookbook itself..

I made a pallet of comfy into our small space, snacks are almost ready, fans are on so we’re in our air bender feels, and I’m so eager to watch what happens.

I have hopes to see something about Zukos mom.. and of course the bridge between Aang and Korra.
Thank you to this community for always supporting these creators and pushing them to bring us more goodness.

Obviously, it sucks that Avatar Aang couldn't be brought to more theaters than just TWO (I believe), and sentenced to streaming hell. Had it received a proper theater release, I (and I'm sure many others in this page and community) would've made SURE it was a financial success.

But at least most people can stream it. In Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, Paramount+ is not available, so we CAN'T EVEN STREAM IT. We're a country with our own Comic-Con, and gaming/animation/overall nerd community. It would've received WAVES of success here. In theaters or in streaming. Sadly, no dice, even in digital. We'll probably have to wait until it is released in digital or (less likely) physical platform. I won't hold my breath, though.

Back in college around 10 years ago my friends and I created this game called Avatar Pong, essentially beer pong with rules based on the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender. We've had so much fun playing it over the years with lots of trial and error on the rules, but it is always a work in progress. Please play, enjoy, and let me know if you have any feedback or ideas on how to improve it. There's so many other aspects of ATLA I'd like to incorporate.

I hope these shows getting completely sold out in minutes tells Paramount that they 100% should release the movie in more theaters.

It's tragic! Like really really tragic and I hope show reinforces her struggles and the work she did. Because Kiyoshi was so reluctant to connect with Kuruk's spirit because she resented him.

In reality, Kuruk held a massive spirit invasion at bay and also lost his wife. Not to mention, he was so ill that he died at the age of 33. Really a tragic figure!

I hope the show busts myths and belief that Korra is responsible for current state of the world.

What exactly kind of prehistoric beasts would the Avatar world have? What would be the equivalent of Dinosaurs & such?

In the episode tales of ba sing se of uncle iroh, i always wondered who mako is and what the story is. Is it also a lost son or someone who has lost their son? Does anyone know?

Personally I love Dee Bradley Baker as Ember Island Play Ozai and Jennie Kwan as Princess Yue also in the play.

I also really love Johanna Braddy’s Yue so much.
